Riverfront was the group that provided investment advice to Wachovia Securites. When WS bought AGE the majority of the team started their own firm. They did not want to relocate to St. Louis. Baird is a capital partner in the firm.

Founding Partners are:
Michael Jones: Former Cheif Investment Officer of Wachovia Securities
Rod Smyth: Former Chief Investment Strategist of Wachovia Securities
Doug Sandler: Former Chief Equity Strategist of Wachovia Securities

The Wachovia Securities brokers loved these guys when they were part of Wachovia Securities.
