I’m assuming companies don’t give brand new FAs a retention package since they’d probably rather most of us leave anyway, but at what LOS and production level do FAs at a company like the new Morgan Stanley Smith Barney get a retention bonus?
5 yrs or more, doing recognition level production. If you are a trainee, you better be top of your class to have a chance.
doubtful that they will apply LOS restriction to help or hurt you…it is all about Gross Production…you think some one doing over 500+ would get NONE because they were less than LOS 5
Email went out today stating everyone at both firms would be given equal retention for what thats worth.
