If you have experience from converting from PCG to ISG, please share the negatives and benefits. Also, will ISG participate in the new Envision promotion plan? Your comments are greatly appreciated.

Is moving from PCG to ISG possible? Im in an area where Wells is very popular and big. My understanding is only the HUB brokers from wells, meaning those who do not take referrals will be able to move to pcg.

Dont know about going pcg to isg but I can tell you that ISG is participating in the envision “incentive plan” no differently than any other channel.

isg is part of the tier 1 fore front (retention) program.  i am unaware of pcg advisors moving to isg, but it should be possible.  look up the regional manager with isg, or stop by a local branch to speak with the fa.
