Last year, Smith Barney had a deadline for people to sign onto the settlement of aroudn November…The checks didn’t get cut until June of this year…

Using that time frame…and the fact that MS’ deadline was September, I’d expect March-ish…at best.

The Smith Barney OT checks dragged out forever. Delays delays delays. They were arguing over everything. The attorneys even held back a percentage in case they couldnt get SB to cover some of the taxation on I believe it was the interest earned in the escrow acct. When they did come, they were a decent piece of change though. They may be cutting a small check in the future for that holdback, but I wouldnt count on it. 

The judge in the case extended it until Feb b/c not enough of the class responded by Sept cut off.
