I was wondering if I could get some evaluation of management at different major & regional wire firms (at the branch level). 

  What firms do you see strong leadership at the branch level?  I am not just speaking of only the BM, but also the operations & admin managers, etc.   What helps the RR/FA the most? (them completely out of the picture unless there is a problem?  )   Which firms do you see truly making an effort to add leadership value to there branch managers and the supporting managing staff?
