Thoughts on the overtime suit against LPL?

Seems to be aimed at LPL reps who work in banks and other institutions rather than reps who actually work from their own offices.

It's good for the attorneys.

When I was at EJ, I didn't take the settlement check from their overtime lawsuit because I didn't want to support frivilous lawsuits.
