So in one year from when I left Jones I took 93% of my book.  Grossed $544,000.  I also went to the Masters conference in Hawaii with LPL. 

It seemed like a Jones diversification trip.  Every Advisor I started a conversation with was an ex-Jonesey!  It was amazing.  Every person said the same thing, "I should've done it 3 years earlier." 

So this message is to anyone on the fence:  Make the change!  Jones is a great place to start but the real professionals are running their own shows at Indy shops!

Same response at RJ conference recently. All top quality guys that were former Jonesers, and many of them.

And for those keeping score-10 months out from leaving the mother ship and this week I will go back above where I was in AUM. Life is good.
