I'm looking at hiring a new SA and I've had a number of people respond to my posting from Jesup & Lamont. The firm seems to have a fairly long list of legal issues. We run a traditional wealth management practice in an RIA. Any particular issues I should be worried about if I decide I want to make an offer to one of these people?
