yeah i know the swiss way is client advisor – on a team oversees a few billion of the richest people in the worlds money  and makes about 180k us - while bank makes 85bps!!

its interesting the big push on migrating small accounts accounts to the ubs investment center which IS modeled after the swiss wealth management model (salary plus bonus based on net new money). they are hiring at the investment center and are going after bigger accounts using the salaried team approach.

not that i think thats a threat to our version of wealth management – but it is interesting.
