They rolled out a new training program 6 mnths ago…PMD I believe (no more POA).

  Were there and is there a clause that has them chasing you for "Training" fees or the salary they paid you should decide to walk a year/two from now (for whatever reason).   Thanks.

Not sure about the new one…the old one says $38,000 if before your first production anniversary; $19,000 before your second.  Rumor is they are not enforcing as they need to make room for the BAI folks.

It’s called PMDP actually.

  Yes the structure is 38,000 and 19,000.
