Are there any AGE brokers out there?  What was the deal with this?  There is a rumor floating around that there are big defections in the ranks…anybody know what is going on?

When they cut pay, raid others by paying bonuses as they do it, lower the culture of the industry or firm you happen to be in you should hope people leave.

Largely due to the melt downs of some wirehouses, the amount of waste in the corporate sectors weighing on profitability (compliance bungling for example) it's pretty negative for most producers. They are like sheep, if they are growing they talk and act positive. When they want money they break their promises and squeeze production. You can leave to a leaner firm but they might be bought out by the very types you are trying to get away from. You can take money from a similar firm but the deal will expire and you could be worse off in a few years. Go talk to the Morgan people.

How long have you been there? Send me a private message if you want to talk. There are more positive scenarios as well, your firm is largely overrated by people by the common consensus. Sure there are worse people and firms but does that mean your firm is "good"? Think about the logic of these claims.
