Have you used a chatbot on your website for new or existing clinets? What was your experience? Was it valuable?

I've been thinking of using one to answer FAQs and clinet prospecting.

Chatbots are fast and convenient. but, they have their limitations. Sometimes chatbots create too much trouble to understand clients’ requests and solve their issues.
