MetLife Pre-appointment Production

Does this production go into your pool or do you get paid out on it as soon as it clears?
They had mentioned what you earn during the 19 weeks you are on salary goes into the pool, so I wasn't sure if this goes in as well. If someone doesn't make the Pre-appointment production goal, what then? Do you get paid on what you do produce or does Met get to keep it?The pre-appointment production goes into the pool and you get it at the end of the 19 weeks.
I do not know what happens if you don't make your pre-appointment goal.Yeah, someone explained the same thing to me. It seems a little early to test the insurance sales skills that early. If you crossed over from a similar field, I would understand.
It just prompts you to get your friends and family on board first - which does not make a lot of sense. That has nothing to do with how you are going to do going forward when trying to pitch to unfamiliar prospects.
BTW, not paying for parking shows me the mentality of how they approach their “leads”. What is more important, paying for a potential customer or for a agent that may make you 100 times what the customer can bring in.
Few firms paid for parking, and that signaled a willingness of accepting the cost of business.
