Are there any Independants that offer decent syndicate allocations and not 100 - 200 share BS?

With WFA Finet you would have access to all of Wells Fargo new issues just like you would if you were PCG.  We have quite a few IPO's including stock/CEF/munis/Structured products/market linked CD's.
