Is it possible to open a Registered Investment Advisor firm to work only on weekend?

I'm a techie guy and make upward of 200K so don't want to leave my job. I love finance and would like to some day float my own 'Mutual Funds'. Is it possible to start part time with my RIA firm?

Who will talk to a client who calls during normal working hours? Place all trade orders on the weekend?

What would the focus of the RIA be?

I'm planning to have a full time employee who handles the calls and also responsible for paperwork for the accounts but won't be responsible for giving any financial advice.
