I am currently at a firm that does not allow the use of short etf's and only allows solicited trades off of an approved list of investments. I am looking for a firm that has a good discretionary block trading platform without all of these restrictions.  I have roughly 25 million in fee based that i am looking to actively manage. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
