Anybody that can comment on experience going indie and transferring license with a yes answer on u-4?
I have heard that if you have any yes answers, it means a delay of as much as 2-4 weeks.

I have a complaint that as of now, has not resulted in arbitration, or any exchange of $$. We offered the client $$ (less than 10k) to go away but he refused it. That was over a month ago, so the complaint has been marked as "closed - claim abandoned"

I cant imagine going indie and not being able to talk to clients for 2 weeks.
