           I have been the driving force for a local small Personal Injury Attorney referring countless clients. He/She recognizes the value I bring to her business and he/she wants to absorb me fully into her practice.  How far can I go?  I was thinking perhaps all settlement money would first go through me and than be distributed to the clients via me.  I would like to get creative as this may be a tremendous opportunity to grow with a an up and coming law firm that may grow substantially over time which may fuel my book of business.  However I want to know that everything will run through me before I full indulge her practice   Partner? Fees?  how far can I push the envelope
