I need to take the series 65 for a second time and want to get peoples opinions of the different testing schools / materials that are avaiable. Everyone says their material is the best, naturally but I would rather hear from past or present students. Im looking for any imput such as Test Teachers VS. Kaplin or any other companies that are out there, ETC... Thank you for your help!

I used Kaplan. The online Question Bank is very useful. Do a lot of practice questions until you get above 80%.

It took me around 3-4 weeks of studying and then I took the 65. Passed the first time!

Good luck!

Kaplan will do it. They tend to over-prepare you, so their practice exams are actually harder than the real thing. I'd been scoring borderline with Kaplan, but when I sat for the actual exam, it was easy,

Buy the Kaplan quiz bank. Do as many 5-10 question sets as you can. Also watch YouTube videos on concepts you’re not understanding.

I used Series 7 Specialists on youtube to supplement my material. He has online free courses on youtube for the 65/66 as well as the 7. I ripped the video to mp3, put it on my phone and played it in my car etc just to keep reinforcing the material. I owe this guy a bottle of scotch or restaurant meal.
