Hiring additional advisors

Ok, so it looks like I’m running out of unhappy Jones people to hire (there are several on the fence, but just scared to make the leap right now).
Since my hiring has been simply me calling up people I know who are unhappy at Jones, I haven’t focused on other firms and their issues (mainly because I knew the pain that Jones reps sometimes feel).
So, I have to ask, does anybody have any suggestions on how to go about advertising for these positions? I’m looking for people with at least 5mil under management and right now have two open offices (I have space in two towns which have suites of four and five offices respectively).
Is there like an advisor recruiting headhunter organization? I’ve tried craigslist and have gotten nothing but a few trainees laid off from Bank of America and people who apparently can’t read an ad. Or is there a place to place ads (I’ve also placed on LinkedIn - got a few bites, but nothing good).
All right - follow up question. How much is reasonable to pay for this sort of service. Looks like $500. Is that about right? I don’t mind paying, just trying to get the best value for my dolla!
I’ve used it in the past with varying success when I recruited as a BOM for my former firm. Not the end-all be-all, but not bad. Doesn’t compare to Monster or HotJobs though.
