Ensemble Practice Structure Questions
Hey everyone, I'm currently part of a 3 advisor office where each of us own and service our own books and we're currently talking with another 3 advisor group to possible form an ensemble practice where each of us can specialize in our own specific areas to better serve our combined group of clients. Can anyone that has gone this route provide any insight on what worked/didn't work, example payout structures, or any other important details you may have seen along the way? We're looking to grow while also providing a higher level of in house service and this feels like the best way to achieve this. I look forward to hearing your responses.Thanks!
