They are unorganized and  under staffed.

They have regional directors that are acting like your manager...even though they say they are not your manager.

ACATS got screwed up....They your lose paperwork.

Every other week they change their processes for processing paperwork.

Nickel and dime you.

They never return your calls.

As I said very, very, very unorganized.

I wish I would have went to another B/D.

What made you choose WFG?  I was looking at them because of their corporate location (basically would be in the same building).

I chose them because they are small and I felt that I would receive better service than with a large B/D like LPL.

I wanted to be a big fish in a small pond.

It might be different for you because you are in the same building and you can follow up with them.

I'm just giving you my experience.

I would change if I didn't have to go through the whole paperwork process again.

Again...they are so unorganized...the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.

However they will be very friendly.
