I'm in the registration process to form RIA.  I will have 3 IAR's to start.  My biggest concern is being bogged down by paperwork and account/software integration.  Any suggestions on back-office solutions?  I'm talking to Focus Point, Equity Advisors, and Bridgefolio....

I have not finanlized a custodian yet.
