Do any fee-only RIA firms on this discussion forum use Albridge Solutions for their performance reporting?  Yesterday, I called Albridge around 10 a.m., I wasn't able to connect with the sales department.  No one answered the phone which I thought was odd.

I tried to do web-search for pricing but couldn't find anything.  Does anyone have any idea of their performance reporting pricing for RIA Fee-Only firms?   Thanks everone and make it a GREAT weekend!

People not answering the phones for software companies is a bit of an issue. I had the same problem at eMoneyAdvisor, among others. Kind of frustrating, and it says a lot to me about the company.

They run 4bps with a 25,000/yr minimum.  Service stinks and the reporting often has errors that cannot be explained to clients.  Way under-delivers for the price.
