I am looking for some insight on what someone can make as an Agency Director with AIG. 

Also, what is the environment/culture of AIG like?  Leadership? Expectations?

Considering a change as I am growing tired of dealing with the daily overhead of small independent practice... 

Anything that can help me to get a better understanding of operations, etc.
