Other people’s ratios won’t make any difference to you.  They will vary depending on who you call and what your end game for the call is going to be:

  Calling residences vs. small business owners 5 Minute Introduction vs. 45 minute fact finder   The results are going to be significantly different depending on what you're trying to accomplish.
