Hi GGGMan, i’m a rookie just getting started out. If you have any tips for me in the beginning or a direction you can send me in to get a list like you are describing, I would really appreciate it.

Wealth Engine (WE) Prospecting Tool seems legit for building a list of qualified investors. They have data on people from their occupational level, net worth, address, business and personal phone numbers, email, and even an estimate of their investable asset amount. You can find people’s charitable habits and gage their propensity to invest or donate. It’s on the pricey side. About $4,500 to get access (a year), plus the cost per additional record. The access amount comes with a few thousand records. Check them out!
