I did an internet search and see a bunch of indy firms running this seminar. Does anyone know what company offers it? I attended one with my father a few weeks ago in FL and thought it was pretty slick. I'd like to buy the turnkey but can't find it.

It has a workbook, a 55 second questionnaire, and lasts about 90min.

I used this seminar with a couple other reps at my former firm.  This was back in 2001-2004.  My firm at the time provided the whole turn-key free to it's reps.  It was slick and gathered tons of assets.  We only knew it as the "Hankinson Seminar", and I have not been able to find it since leaving that company, and I heard they stopped using it since. 

Why not contact the guys who put it on for you and your father, and see if they'll be nice enough to give you some info on it?  They were nice enough to provide a steak dinner, right.
