Planning Check List / Fact Finder
Would any of you care to share your fact finder/Checklist. At one time I had a nice vin diagram of general areas that we as advisors need to address with clients.
I have goal setting, profiling, bene designation, and account review docs that I refined using my experience and that of other reps. It has been battle tested in current form now for 5 yrs and makes money at every sitting.
Every major firm has that kind of stuff, and instead of having reps help put it together, they hire some kid with a marketing degree to make it. They suck, and are almost completely worthless.
Gather every doc you can, refine it, tinker with it, put it in your own words. Keep updating it, until it is perfect. It'll be worth every penny of work when you're done.
