I am new to this forum and can see that there are some very knowledgeable reps on this forum.  I have tried many ways over the years to raise new assets.  As most of you know, the problem is how much is your time really worth.  I still cold call regularly but, would like to wind down my activity and focus more on my clients.  I would like to hire someone or a firm to help us raise more assets.  Can we talk about some viable options and maybe a couple success stories?  I have gone the intern route, in-house and outhouse cold callers and even paid for leads.  I have yet to find a consistent cost effective and reliable way to do this.  Anyone want to comment or share?

Outside of literally buying a book of business from another firm/indy, or paying something upfront to have a wirehouse broker move to your firm, there is no magic bullett.  If you find the answer, come and let all of us know.

I would say do seminars if you don't have the time to call..
