Anyone having success with direct response mailers?  If so, please share your approach and any tips/tricks or advice you can give.

I've done them on and off and had mostly lowsy results.  However, hopefully closing a $1.5MM prospect next week who initially responded to a mailer I sent almost 9 months ago...interest renewed in mailing.

I have mailed out 100’s postcards twice. I’ve had 0 zero response. I will try again, but I will change my narrative; make it shorter, less words. My target client is HNW old ladies in 2 zip codes.

If you mail, you fail.

Only time I ever use mailers is if I plan on calling them within the next couple days or if they are follow ups (thank yous, appointment summary, etc.)
