I am transitioning from a sales asst(at a wirehouse) to an advisor with a indy office. 

What would be the quickest way to get my production up to about $9K gross a month? I have some savings but would like to get to $9k as fast as possible, willing to work late and do what it takes(I finally get paid for the work i do)...
