Javelin /NF- Seller Asssisted Marketing?

Has been so much talk here about people being ripped off by NFcom in it's "dissolving". The plan to shift the business to Javelin Marketing seems pretty obvious.
Does anyone know if this would fall under the "Seller Assisted Marketing" protection provided by the Attorney General's Office of California? This may be the ultimate place for people to lodge their complaints if they have been scammed out of leads or training program support/supplies.
Sounds like the NFcom/Javelin businesses fall under that category.
Best to contact the CA ( or Contra Costa, CA) District Attorney's office to find out though.
