I’m considering a prospecting effort towards executives. Would like to offer financial planning and wealth management services focusing on concentrated equity, stock options, exchange funds, charitable giving and related services.  Currently I am mailing to executives of local companies (hitting about 3 per company / per day so I don’t flood the mailroom with the same piece) - Just starting.

I'm getting a bit bored with dropping Mr. and Mrs. Jones's IRA into a mutual fund allocation and would like to do more complicated planning for higher net worth client's.     Has anyone worked the executive market? If so can you provide any input on the best way to get in front of them.   Assistance appreciated.

people do business with people they know.  Find out what charity they sit on the board at, where they play golf, are they rotary or kiwanis members.  Find out, camp out and then give your introduction.
