Hi Guys,

I just discovered the forum today as I was doing a little research on employing a designated cold caller. I've gotten to the point in my business where I can afford to do so and was curious as to how anyone else has done it in the past. I'm referring to what and how they paid, how the constructed the script, how they scheduled appointments, etc. My business is primarily face to face so all the calls would be to set up meeting either in my office or theirs. Calling new homeowners within the last 90 days with home values above $500k, this is my desired clientele (generally). My old mentor was doing $4M a year in comissions/fee's at his peak, and he just drilled into my head how important getting on the phone was even after he grew his businesss. He obviously hired someone but cold calling nonetheless. I apologize if I missed this topic in my search, thanks in advance guys.

Cold calling can be very powerful if done right.

Combine it with cold email, LinkedIn outreach, FB ads all done consistently and a great website (great service is a given) and you'll kill it.
