There are threads on finding leads via cold walking or cold calling etc.  For example:  make xx dials, get xx contacts, get xx prospects and net xx sales.  There are threads on the activity to get to the prospects and limited information on how many prospects will lead to how many sales and the steps in between.   For example, one thread gave 20% of prospects will agree to appointments and of those 50% will open an account.  Another thread gave for every 15 prospects you will get 1 close.  Those two threads seem to be along way apart.  There is probably some variation in pitching product over the phone versus selling the appointment and also business owners versus residential and of course sales skills and would like to hear thoughts or numbers on the steps between prospects and closed sales.   Thanks.
