I am considering the Standard or the Pro, but I don't want to get it until I know a few people have used it with success.  I registered for the free trial, it said someone would contact me but I haven't heard from them.

The cost seems worth it, as buying a pre-scrubbed list with a few thousand names would be more expensive and I would have no way to regularly scrub it.

Do you work for a smaller firm? The reason I ask is that my firm uses Gryphon and Salesforce. I've used Gryphon for immediate scrubbing but I've had 500 name lists scrubbed overnight for free through Salesforce. I haven't tried Gryphon for bulk scrubbing so I can't comment.

I figured I'd ask you in hopes of maybe saving you some money.

Yes, I'm in a smaller firm.  I have never heard of Gryphon and didn't know that Salesforce provided scrubbing.  For Salesforce, do you need to be a paying customer?  We use Redtail for our CRM and last I checked they don't help with scrubbing.

Thanks.  Keeping costs low is very important for me.
