For those who work at wirehouses, has anyone posted ads online?  Are most employers, assuming the ads pass compliance, open to it?  Any ideas you guys may have in terms of online advertising that you would like to share?  Thanks.

I've never done it. And there doesn't seem to be any I've come across, while surfing. I've seen them for Indies, but not wirehouses. Get some ideas from the Indy ads and give it a shot. Who knows....

I’ve seen ads up for smaller firms. Never wirehouses.

Makes sense for smaller firms though, no brand name recognition from CNBC. Gotta get your name out some how.

U see UBS, ING, AGE with commercials all the time. Not to mention the sports channels.

If it didnly work, I wouldn’t imagine so many of them would do it. Although, with recent events who knows…
