is it legal in connecticut for a firm to require a prospective rookie to consent to a credit check?  can they also require my annual w-2’s for previous few years?

thanks in advance

Absolutely - investment firms want to know that those that are handling others’ money can handle their own.  The last thing they want a rep to have to do is explain two personal bankruptcies within the last 5 years because they can’t manage their finances.
