If I was let go from a bank due to failing to follow procedures but never licensed can FNRA find out when I am starting my licensing registration?

I don’t think so considering you did not have a U4 or a U5 to provide since you were not licensed at the time. The only way for them to find out is if they someone on the inside at that bank who can give them a reference. Other than that you should be good.

I also had a similar case where I was terminated due to nonsecurity related issue. However, I only had Series 63 and it just expired this April. Will this show on my U4 or U5? I dont think I qualified as a RR since 63 is a supplement. But how will my future employer see this when they decide to onboard me?

my question is despite a good interview will they pull my u5? & can failing the 7at a previous firm prevent me from being hired at a new one since I’ve passed it now?

Good morning. I have a similar case where I was terminated from a BD because I didn’t meet the revenue requirements, I just didn’t sell enough. It doesn’t say anything about why I was terminated on Brokercheck. Just on my U5. If I am undergoing a background check as a new hire in a non-securities industry, do I need to disclose why I was terminated? Can my non-security related firm ask for a U5 on me? What about if it is a government sponsored background check?

Good evening. Like the individual above me, I am in a similar situation. I was terminated from a BD for different reasons. Basically, it doesn’t say anything on Brokercheck, but it does on my U5. If I am still in a securities industry getting an initial background check, will they automatically pull the U5 form? Thanks.

I usually pay cash for stuff I buy.however i have quite a bit of debt due to my low income , how is that viewed when applying for a credit card. My credit score is constantly on a roller coaster and now severely suffering because my cousin has not been paying her monthly note as expected and myself has been skipping few bills.I applied for an American Express card ,the application was denied.Though i had one many years ago,and i use it to pay my minor expenses on time. This is the second time that I got denied.i have been monitoring my score and now i have My credit score at about 610 but i needed it to be upgraded for a CAR loan, just last week i saw a review on Facebook about this hacker who helped a lady to boost her credit score.i took his contact and mailed him asking him if he can help me fix my credit,Expectantly it was fixed and raised to 795 and all my debts has been rolled out..HACKWIZ at PROTONMAILDOT COM,Thats his email, should in case you need your credit fixed just like mine

I was terminated as a licensed banker by WF about 8 years ago. They put a note on my U4 stating that I was terminated for reasons unrelated to investments, but then added reason for termination as improper use of referral credit, or something like that. I was later hired by another bank but was not allowed to get licensed. I'm now interviewing with several banks for unlicensed positions, will that issue come up and rescind the job offer?
