Recorded phone call

If a firm has a recorded conversation of mine. Is there anyway I can get a copy of that call without a lawyer? Is there some law that says I can have a copy? Thanks so much guys.
Get a copy? Probably not. The BD will claim that recorded conversation as its property especially if you were noticed in an employee agreement of some sort. Other than the firm voluntarily handing over the recording you should be able to get a copy as a discovery request pursuant to an arbitration against the firm and if the request was relevant to your claim.
