The other violations include cold call brokers ignoring the DNC list.

My advice to rookies in this sector is make SURE you get your supervisor's okay in WRITING when you start working those telephones. That way if you call persons/entities on the DNC list, it's his/her butt, NOT yours.

Bill, you're correct, I am not an attorney and your advice to these rookies is prudent.
