does anyone know what brokers this settlement announced last week covers? Does it cover any brokers who worked at Merrill 5 ,10 or 20 years ago?

Mark Thierman (Reno, NV) would know. He's one of the plaintiffs' attorneys. One of the RR reporters did a story on him in May or June of this year.

I guess you could GOOG(le) him. I don't have his contact information readily available.
