i am looking for advice not criticism!  I AM paying my bills.  As I said in my post- we lost half our income over the last 8 months and can’t pay everything.  Shelter and food for my family is the priority.  I’m still current on half of our bills.  Give me a break; i’m not making what the reps are making…

You need to talk to your B/D about your situation.  Because you are a secretary, it may not cost you your job.  Are you good at what you do?  Are you attractive? (pics, please)  Both will help.  If you are ugly and incompetent, you’re history.

I wouldn’t advertise that you’re going bankrupt either.  That’s definitely not a good idea.

just heard back from the compliance officer; said it’s not a big deal.  Just gets reported on the u-4.
