Why Did He File The Case? vs. Why Didn't He File His Case Sooner?   http://www.brokeandbroker.com/index.php?a=blog&id=625 Presented for your consideration this Friday, two FINRA arbitrations. In the first, a bit of a puzzle.  Why did the broker file a defamation claim against Morgan Stanley Smith Barney over a dispute involving six emails? In the second, you have to wonder whether an alarm clock and/or calendar might have helped this Johnny-come-lately public customer against Wachovia / Prudential.
