DOes anyone know the comp structure for the sales training program?

How effective is the program for new college grads?

I just listened to the spiel on comp at NYL.  It is a great program for someone completely new to the industry.

If you have some ambition you can do pretty well your first few years there.   You basically will be paid about an $.80 cents per dollar up to $2900/mo in training allowances.  You are capped at $70k in training allowance bonuses for the first 3 years you're there.   I don't qualify for this contract because I made too much money working in a bank program unfortunately.  I'm not upset because I'd rather not be handcuffed and swing for the fences.   I haven't signed my contract yet but I will do so soon.  I think they are a great company and they have pristine ratings.
