Hey, Where are the Zachs Tools?

In “The Contrarian Way” article on page 79 of the OCT issue of Registered Rep, there is a caption that says that 'starting in October,  Zachs will be offering its screening, back-testing and stocks analysis tools, updated on a weekly basis, on Registered Rep’s web site. registeredrep.com at no cost."

I’ve searched the site high and low, but haven’t found the Zachs Tools.

Has anyone Found them? - Or, am I missing something?
