Too bad her unwavering goal wasn't something connected to producing and generating clients.  She would probably still have her job and the respect of the rest of her co-workers.  This is exactly the kind of stuff that further creates gender bias and why I avoid female only professional groups like the plague.

Skee:  I think it depends on how the judgement is structured.  Punitive damages are taxable. I know this personally    Physical damages are not taxable and I believe that if the damages are to recover lost wages or income then it is taxable in the same way the original income would be taxed.
