Does anyone know of a website that would give top performing and bottom performing ETF’s on a daily basis, that is dynamic, in other words, based on real time quotes, or even 15 minute delay?

  I used to have a tremendous excel spreadsheet that used dynamic formulas to tap into our quote system, and give me real time data on what etf's industries, sectors etc, were peforming on an intra day basis, as well as ytd, and other metrics. But it doesnt work anymore.
