Link to an interesting article about the course the SEC has taken under Donaldson and the effects that it has had on our industry (excessive and unneccesary regulation).  Regulation NMS (Best Price Rule) is especially interesting and relevent to those of us who trade stocks.  Hopefully now that he is going.. going... gone we will see some reversals of the trend.
